Canmore Retreat
June 1-3

I am so excited to offer this retreat. I have been waiting to find the perfect place to practice yoga in. I think I might have found it! We are going to have a beautiful, relaxing, weekend full of connection to self and nature. This year, I will provide the practice space and you can choose where you stay. You are welcome to come for the whole weekend or pick and choose the times that work best for you. I would love it if we could spend the whole weekend together, but know that you are welcome to come to whatever works in your life!  I have scheduled our practices so that you don't have to stay in Canmore for the entire weekend. 
 

Here is our schedule.

Friday 6:30-8:45pm
Restorative/Nidra/Short Meditation & Reflection

Saturday 9:30-12:30pm
Yoga for Backs (Gentle CAT)/Gentle Slow Flow/Meditation & Reflection in the Garden

Lunch 12:30-3:30pm
Let's share a meal together! You bring your food and a mug, I'll provide the tea. If it's nice, we can sit in our private garden. This is a casual lunch, so go take a walk to get your food and come back to hang. You are free to do your own thing as well.....all are welcome!

Pricing:

Individual Sessions: 
Friday: $60 +GST
Saturday: $65/Session +GST
Sunday: $60 +GST

Full Weekend:
$250 +GST

Payments can be made by etransfer, check or cash. If you need to pay by credit card, there will be an additional charge.
